This is a simple card filing system you can use to keep phone numbers and addresses. There are several pre-installed numbers relevant to gemology for your convenience.  

Start the Cardfile by clicking on the Rolodex icon (the first icon of the last three icons on the right side of the Speed Bar - see red arrow below) or by pressing the F10 key. 

Add Cards: When you click on ADD you can type the data for one card at a time or add multiple cards by checking (clicking) Auto Entry. If you are adding only one card just fill in the data for each field and press Enter to move to the next field. After you have filled in all the fields click the ADD button. When the Auto Entry box is checked a blank card will be supplied when you press Enter in the MISC field. Click the Done button when you have finished.
