There is really only one thing you need to know about the Glossary: How the Find button works. Like any word processor document there is a cursor. When you press the Find button and type something in, the cursor moves to that spot. The search is only from the cursor down. This means if the word you want is above the cursor you won't find it. So, start all your searches from the top of the glossary.
Hint: The Glossary is alphabetical. The heading for each letter is that letter and a colon (such as R:). To find a word that starts with an R, type R: into the find field and you will be taken to the R's.
