Easily convert from Avoirdupois Ounces to grams. Or Troy Ounces to Pennyweights (DWT).  Or Carats to Pearl Grains.  Or any of the above.  Arrow to the unit you wish to convert.  Example:  You need to know how many grams are in 2.3 carats.  Enter 2.3 in the Carats field and immediately you will know that there are 0.46 grams in 2.3 carats. Also, that there are 0.2958 pennyweights, 0.0162 Av ounces, 9.2 pearl grains and 0.0148 troy ounces in 2.3 carats. Press F5 to clear the fields.

 

Note: If you accidentally enter the numbers in the wrong field you can just use the up or down arrow keys to move your figures to the correct field. Enter 2.3 in the Carats field and the hit the down arrow 2 times and you'll see that Grams becomes 2.3 and Carats changes to 11.500.
